Kent S. Leung is a Chinese-Canadian actor, filmmaker, and entrepreneur whose career spans film, television, documentary, and cross-cultural entertainment.

A Psychology graduate from the University of British Columbia, Kent began his screen career with a breakout lead role as Jack in the Canadian indie feature John Apple Jack, earning a Best Actor nomination at the California Independent Film Festival alongside Oscar winner Richard Dreyfuss.

He later made history as the first Chinese actor to lead a Pakistani feature film, starring in Chalay Thay Saath, which went on to stream on Netflix. Kent continued to build an international body of work across China, Canada, Pakistan, and Nigeria, with credits including Chinese dramas The Way We Were, Guo’s Summer, and Begin Again, as well as hosting Discovery Channel’s documentary series The Culture Diaries.

More recently, Kent starred in the Nigerian crime thriller The Shadow of Greed, appeared in Tencent’s crime drama Hide Games, and became a main cast member of the Chinese reality series From Far Lands to China’s Farmlands, further strengthening his presence as a global actor working across cultures and industries.

Beyond acting, Kent is the Founder and CEO of Cozmikk Entertainment, a company focused on talent management, production, casting, and actor training. Through Cozmikk, he continues to support emerging talent while developing new creative projects that connect China with the international entertainment industry.
